Who I am
Yen en la red is the web design studio of Yennasel Flores, based in Armenia, Colombia, working with clients in Canada. If you have any question about your information, write to me at sales@yenenlared.com.
What I collect
- Visit statistics. I use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: pages visited, approximate location (city or country), device and browser, and how you arrived (for example, from LinkedIn). This data does not tell me who you are.
- Information you send me. If you email me or book a call, I receive what you choose to share, like your name, email and details about your project.
This site does not have contact forms, does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising pixels.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Third-party services
- Calendly, when you book a call. Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics, for visit statistics.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and my email.
How I use your information
Only to reply to you, prepare and run our calls and projects, and improve this website. I never sell or rent your information, and I don’t add you to mailing lists without your permission.
How long I keep it
Emails and project information are kept while we work together and for as long as needed for my business records. Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) and similar laws, you can ask to see the information I have about you, correct it or have it deleted. Just email sales@yenenlared.com and I’ll answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
